Shipping policy
As we only sell items currently in stock, your items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order is urgent, please select Express Shipping option.
We use various methods depending on the size of your order and location. All orders will be sent with Authority to Leave, if you do not wish to have this option please make a note in the Notes section of your order when checking out. Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Route Package Insurance
Unfortunately sometimes parcels are lost or damaged in transit, for peace of mind please select the Route Package Protection option at check out to be eligible to make a claim should loss or damage occur.
Please note if you live in a remote or rural area, or if your order is bulky, a surcharge may apply to your shipping cost. This doesn’t get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted by email with an option to pay the difference or receive a refund on the goods you ordered. Shipping times
East coast shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive, West coast shipping is approximately 3-5 days and some remote or regional locations may take longer. You will receive a notification when your item is despatched and a tracking number will be given. Please note while all consideration is given to prompt despatch of goods, due to COVID-19 and the current large volume of shipping, there may be slight delays experienced depending on the lock down status of your location.
International Shipping
◦ If you require international shipping, please email your requirements to suksmaaustralia@gmail.com and a shipping quote will be sent to you. Shipping cost is dependent on location, and taxes or duties may be payable. This is not included in the shipping costs, and is the responsibility of the buyer.
