Rattan is a renewable natural resource that is known for it's durable qualities making it resistant to extremes in heat and humidity, so it is the perfect material for tableware.

Cheap rattan imitations are in fact entirely man made from synthetic materials and are not designed to last, something for you to keep in mind when purchasing rattan products.

Our rattan table mats and coasters are handcrafted by artisans from 100% natural rattan. So you know you are buying something that has been made to last, will protect table tops and benches as well as being kind to the environment.

As these rattan table mats have been handmade from natural materials there may be slight variations in size and colour.

Shipping

We know you want your purchase as soon as possible so we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Express postage options are available to select at checkout if you need it super quickly. All orders will be sent with Authority to Leave, if you do not wish to have this option please make a note of this in the Notes section of your order when checking out. Please note we can not ship large or bulky items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If you have selected a 'Pre-Order' item, we always aim to give an accurate expected delivery time frame in these cases. If the item does not arrive within a reasonable time frame of the expected date we will refund the purchase price.

Please note if you live in a remote area or for large or bulky orders, a surcharge may apply. This doesn’t get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted by email with an option to pay the difference or receive a refund on the goods you ordered. You will receive a notification when your item is despatched and a tracking number will be given.
Please be aware that while all consideration is given to prompt despatch of goods, once they have left us we have no control over their arrival. We have seen delays occur with both Australia Post and couriers at times. You will be provided with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery, or you can reach out to us and we will follow up for you.
International Shipping 
We currently offer shipping to the US on our Cushions and Throws Collection and smaller Home Decor items. Rates will be determined on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.Estimated delivery timeframe is 6-14 days. We do not offer express shipping options for international deliveries.
If you require international shipping on other items, please email your requirements to sales@suksmafrombali.com and a shipping quote will be sent to you. Shipping cost is dependent on location, and taxes or duties may be payable. This is not included in the shipping costs, and is the responsibility of the buyer.
