We know you want your purchase as soon as possible so we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Express postage options are available to select at checkout if you need it super quickly. All orders will be sent with Authority to Leave, if you do not wish to have this option please make a note of this in the Notes section of your order when checking out. Please note we can not ship large or bulky items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If you have selected a 'Pre-Order' item, we always aim to give an accurate expected delivery time frame in these cases. If the item does not arrive within a reasonable time frame of the expected date we will refund the purchase price.

This doesn’t get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted by email with an option to pay the difference or receive a refund on the goods you ordered. Please be aware that while all consideration is given to prompt despatch of goods, once they have left us we have no control over their arrival. We have seen delays occur with both Australia Post and couriers at times. You will be provided with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery, or you can reach out to us and we will follow up for you.
International Shipping 
We currently offer shipping to the US on our Cushions and Throws Collection and smaller Home Decor items. Rates will be determined on the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.Estimated delivery timeframe is 6-14 days. We do not offer express shipping options for international deliveries.
If you require international shipping on other items, please email your requirements to sales@suksmafrombali.com and a shipping quote will be sent to you. Shipping cost is dependent on location, and taxes or duties may be payable. This is not included in the shipping costs, and is the responsibility of the buyer.
