We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, please check all product details, measurements and photos prior to placing your order. All items are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to despatch. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. As all of our items are handmade with love, their may be slight imperfections or variations in size, colour or pattern, these are not deemed to be faults. Every effort is made to display items accurately, please be aware computer screen colour settings vary and can affect how products are displayed on the viewing monitor. 

In the unfortunate event you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at sales@suksmafrombali.com with photos of the item within 2 business days of receiving your parcel to discuss your options. Unfortunately if you contact us outside this period we will be unable to assist with your return/exchange.
